Artist Bio

Greg Crowe has pursued his interests in pottery and has taught pottery at tertiary level in Perth for 25 years. Greg has a particular interest in using local materials and digs his own clay. He is fascinated by the nature of the clay surface when stretched, the subtle textures and changes that occur. Crowe’s work is represented in the Art Gallery of WA, the Queensland Art Gallery and many private collections.    Local Perth Hills, and internationally renowned potter Greg Crowe, shares his 25-years of experience in his 8-week wheel throwing series at Midland Junction Arts Centre.
