Exploring the human form and its relationship to space, Gormley’s created 51 metal statuettes spread over roughly 10 square kilometres of the Lake’s surface. Not all the sculptures can be seen from any one point. A network of foot tracks entices the visitor to walk and explore as far as the eye can see.
