
JULY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS | PROPAGATE PAPER AND PLANT - HABITATS FOR WILDLIFE
Each year Mundaring Arts Centre Inc. invites local primary school students to explore environmental issues, whilst developing their own positive message about protecting ecosystems as part of the Environmental Art Project (EAP). This year students are invited to investigate and depict their creative ideas for restoring Land for Wildlife*.
As part of the EAP project, a series of school holiday and in-school workshops are being offered, supported by the City of Swan’s Thinking Green program.
PROPAGATE, PAPER AND PLANT - HABITATS FOR WILDLIFE
Join environmental educator Cathy Levett as she discusses the importance of native flora and how to grow your own native plants.
Get your hands dirty learning propagation and planting techniques, then create your own hand-made seed paper to take home and cultivate.

Cathy Levett is passionate about connecting kids with nature. With over 30 years’ experience as an environmental educator in schools in Perth’s Eastern Region and over a decade as Green Lab project officer with Millennium Kids Cathy has an abundance of Information and activities to share.
