ABOUT THE ARTIST
Alastair spent his first forty-seven years in the UK, many of them as a freelance illustrator working for design, editorial, publishing and advertising clients. He also dabbled in painting and sculpture, and wrote two children's books. Since accidentally moving to the Perth hills in 2006 he has illustrated less and painted and sculpted a lot more, and been awarded a number of prizes, including, in 2016, the Robert Juniper landscape prize.
