ABOUT THE ARTIST
Jennifer Gaye is a textile and mixed media artist who has been creating professionally for over 25 years. Originally in fashion design, Gaye received many awards and accolades before pivoting to textile and canvas work in 2003. She has continued to evolve her practice since, creating works of cloth, hand and machine stitch, paint, photography and print. Gaye’s work is concerned with nature, urbanity, thought and emotion through mapping, pattern and shape.
