ABOUT THE ARTIST

Jenny Kerr majored ceramics when at university many years ago. While living in Jakarta she began working with local potter Haryoadiputro Soenggona in his studio. It reignited her passion for ceramics. Since 2017 Jenny has been honing her skills by producing bespoke tableware that includes sets of small plates, beakers, bowls and large platters. Kerramic Studio is situated in Glen Forrest, east of Perth in the Shire of Mundaring and is the pottery workspace of Jenny and Bernard Kerr. They open their studio to the public once a year on the Mundaring Hills Open Studios weekend in late October or by appointment.
