JULY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS | FAUNA HABITAT CREATIONS
Each year Mundaring Arts Centre Inc. invites local primary school students to explore environmental issues, whilst developing their own positive message about protecting ecosystems as part of the Environmental Art Project (EAP). This year students are invited to investigate and depict their creative ideas for restoring Land for Wildlife*.
As part of the EAP project, a series of school holiday and in-school workshops are being offered, supported by the City of Swan’s Thinking Green program.

BIO
Mandy and Mike Bamford have been lucky enough to turn their childhood obsession with nature into a shared career as zoologists running a small business specialising in wildlife research and science communication.
They both grew up in Perth and in addition to their research work, Mandy and Mike write articles on science and the environment (including The Wild Side in the West Australian 1997-2003), prepare interpretative material for reserves and parks, develop education packages, run workshops and even perform on stage to tell an environmental story.
Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please book one ticket for each person attending.
