ABOUT THE ARTIST 

Kati Thamo is a visual artist working from her studio in Albany, WA. After completing a visual arts degree in both printmaking and textiles at Edith Cowan University, she undertook an honours year in printmaking at the Hobart School of Art in 2001. She works across a broad range of print mediums in her artmaking, including etching, linocut, collagraph and solarplate prints. She also incorporates drawing, textiles and sculptural installation in her overall art practice. Her prints have been exhibited nationally in both solo and group exhibitions and are held in public and private collections across Australia and overseas.
