ABOUT THE ARTIST
Kylee Larsen is a contemporary printmaker and painter whose practice explores human relationships with the natural environment, informed by a deep commitment to ecological care. Working from Swan River Print Studio at Goolugatup Heathcote, she creates hand-pulled works distinguished by vibrant colour, pattern, and dreamlike imagery. Her predominantly intaglio drypoint prints on soft polyethylene plates yield velvety lines and delicate textures, while bold monoprints, brushwork, and collaged papers celebrate flora and fauna. Larsen’s work invites stillness and contemplation through a wistful, reflective visual language.
