TIME, FRAMED STILL LIFE WORKSHOP | JOSH WELLS
In conjunction with the 2026 Boya Photography Competition, Time, Framed, Josh Wells presents an introduction to the techniques of still life photography. Explore the interplay of light, optics and composition as you learn how to photograph compelling object-based scenes.
Through a combination of practical demonstrations and hands-on experimentation, participants will discover how lighting shapes mood and atmosphere in an image, while gaining a deeper understanding of lenses, camera settings and photographic technique. With plenty of opportunities to iterate and refine your compositions, this workshop offers valuable insights into both the technical and creative aspects of still life photography.
