LOOSEN UP YOUR LANDSCAPES WITH RIC BURKITT - PM

Ric is a renowned local artist (ex-graphic designer) who works in various styles and mediums from his studio in Stoneville. His current work includes mixed-media landscape paintings that capture the mood and feel of Stoneville’s surrounding countryside. This session has been designed to complement the Midland Junction Arts Centre’s Open Day activities, as a quick introduction to loosen up your painting style and inspire your next creative project.

Suitable for all skill levels from beginner to experienced painters. Very limited capacity.

Artist Bio

Following the success of Ric’s recent solo exhibition, Far Horizons at Mundaring Arts Centre, participants are invited to join him in the creative journey. The exhibition celebrated his observations of the urban environment within an hour’s drive of his studio, with a series of paintings capturing an emotive response to the sky and land as they meet at the horizon.
